  • Workshop – Workshops are interactive sessions that will engage meeting attendees in a topical discussion. They will generally be 60-75 minutes in length.

If you do not wish to lead a session or presentation, you may also submit an idea for a topic that you would like to see explored at EE2020.

Please be clear and concise in describing your proposal and include information about any anticipated benefits for meeting attendees. The call for content deadline has been extended to January 17, 2020

Anyone may submit a proposal or suggestion; however, the Program Committee encourages presentations and sessions that are driven by representatives of state, tribal, territorial, federal, and local governments.

A Program Committee will review and judge submissions based on their quality, novelty, significance, and relevance to the meeting theme. We will do our best to accommodate your format preference, but we ask for your flexibility to help us accommodate the number and types of other accepted abstracts.

The EE2020 Program Committee expects to notify submitters of the status of their proposals in February 2020. Notifications will be sent via email.
